This transaction is used to create location that can be used for Course in LSO (or business event type in TEM).
Here's step by step transaction.
Go to t code PVF0, or using menu path : SAP Easy Access - Human Resource - SAP Learning Solution Management - Settings - Current Settings - Location.
Will appear screen Create Location where you must specify the Validity Date of the Location. (If you prefer to copy from an existing location you can choose the original one from the field in the bottom of the screen). Click Create.
Then define information related to the location. Entry Abbreviation and Name of the Location.
In tab Site Dependent Info, define 3 informations :
1. Calendar ID
2. Currency
3. Language
In tab Address, define address information of the location.
In Tab Web Link, define the website of this location, so you can see more information about the location through the website.
Then save.
The new location has been created.
